"Fast playlist downloads that save time"
I mostly use it for downloading full playlists in batches, and it’s been a big time-saver compared to doing everything one by one. I appreciate tools that simply do what they promise without making things harder than they need to be. I had one small download fail, but I retried it and it went through fine. Overall, I’m happy with it.

I accidentally bought the wrong plan and emailed support the same day. They got back to me quick, asked for a couple details, and then sorted the refund. The money showed up back in my account after a few days. thought it was gonna be a whole hassle, but nope, went totally fine. Good experience overall...

It’s done what I needed without making things complicated, which is kind of all I was hoping for. "Updates come often"
One thing I really appreciate about ITubeGo is that it doesn’t feel like one of those apps that gets released and then forgotten about.

The updates come through regularly, which is important since websites are always changing things. There have been a couple of times when something didn’t work quite right, and after an update it was fixed.

It’s not something flashy, but it gives me confidence that the app is still being maintained and cared for. That’s a big reason why I’m happy to give it 5 stars.

I’ve been using it with a few different video sites, and overall it’s been decent. Downloads are usually quick enough, and setup wasn’t too much of a hassle. I do have mixed feelings though, it works fine most of the time, but it’s not something I’d call flawless.

I had a little issue where my license wasn’t showing up after I switched computers. I think I messaged support that night, or maybe the next morning, I kind of lost track, but they replied way faster than I expected.
They looked up my order and got everything fixed without turning it into a whole back-and-forth. It was just nice dealing with an actual person who seemed to read what I wrote.
